2About DigiAlexa and Our Services

DigiAlexa is a website designing and digital marketing company serving businesses across India. Our services include website designing, e-commerce website designing, SEO, Google and Meta Ads, social media marketing, graphic designing, video editing and motion graphics, marketplace account management, and GST and MSME registration support.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in the quotation, proposal or written agreement we share with you.

3Quotations, Orders and Payments

• A project begins once you accept our quotation in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and make any advance payment requested.
• Fees, payment schedules and milestones are as stated in your quotation or agreement.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise.
• Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, plugins, themes, stock content and advertising budgets paid to platforms like Google or Meta, are separate from our fees unless the quotation clearly says otherwise.
• We may pause work if payments are overdue.

4Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time and well, you agree to:

• Provide the content, images, logins, approvals and feedback we need, within a reasonable time.
• Make sure that all materials you give us, such as text, logos and images, are yours to use and do not violate anyone else's rights.
• Use our work and the services in line with applicable laws.

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may extend the project timeline.

5No Guarantee of Results

We work carefully and use proven methods, but results from services such as SEO, advertising and social media marketing depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition, your website, your offer and your budget. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

6Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, WordPress, Shopify and payment gateways. These platforms have their own rules and can change policies, pricing, features or suspend accounts at any time. We are not responsible for decisions or changes made by these platforms, but we will help you respond to them where possible.

7Intellectual Property

• Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design, logo and creatives, except for third-party materials, plugins, fonts and tools that are licensed separately.
• DigiAlexa keeps the rights to its own tools, templates, code libraries, processes and pre-existing materials.
• Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing as an example of our services.

8Revisions and Delivery Timelines

The number of revisions and the delivery timeline are as agreed in your quotation. Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately, and we will tell you before starting it.

9Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a project by informing us in writing. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees for work already started or completed, and any third-party costs already incurred, are non-refundable. Any refund requests will be considered case by case, based on the work completed and the terms of your quotation.

10Confidentiality

We treat your business information, login details and non-public materials as confidential, and we use them only to deliver your project. This does not apply to information that is already public, that you ask us to publish, or that we must disclose by law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiAlexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

12Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, copying our content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to DigiAlexa or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled through discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City], India.
